ACCEPTANCE
The fact of accessing and browsing the Site constitutes in itself an acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “GT&CU"). By accessing the Site by any means (including computer, mobile, tablet, etc.), the User acknowledges having read them and undertakes to comply with them without reservation.
The purpose of these G&TCU is to determine the terms for access, availability and use of the Site by Users, its functionality and content. A User who refuses to comply with these G&TCU must not access or use the Site. USER BEHAVIOUR
Users agree to abide by these G&TCU. In particular, Users undertake to behave in accordance with all the provisions of this paragraph and in particular not to:

APPLICABLE LAW AND COURTS HAVING JURISDICTION
In the event that any of the clauses herein are null and void, in particular as the result of a change of law or the decision of a court, this shall in no circumstances affect the validity of and requirement of compliance with the other clauses. These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the validity, performance or interpretation of these terms and conditions, jurisdiction is conferred, regardless of whether there is more than one defendant, a third-party claim, urgent proceedings or protective, interim or summary proceedings, on the French court with jurisdiction for the place of the defendant’s registered office.
