It should be noted that the hosting provided by OPENFIELD relies on the technical services of ALPHA SQUARE, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 20,000 Euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 809 675 515, with its registered office located at 224 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine – 75012 Paris.
ACCEPTANCE
Accessing and browsing the Site inherently constitutes acceptance of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “GTU”). By accessing the Site, by any means whatsoever (including computer, mobile, tablet, etc.), the User acknowledges having read these terms and agrees to comply with them without reservation.
The purpose of these GTU is to establish the conditions for access, provision, and use of the Site, its features, and its content by Users. Any User who refuses to comply with the GTU must not access or use the Site. These GTU form a legally binding contract enforceable against Users who access, browse, and use the Site in any manner.

USER BEHAVIOR
Users undertake to comply with these GTU. In particular, Users agree to behave in accordance with all provisions of this section and notably to refrain from:
