The Stadium has 14 entrance gates each attributed with a letter from A to N, the gate you should use will be indicated on your ticket. They can be located using the signposts on the Parvis.

Tickets can be purchased from the website's events page or the event's dedicated information page.

Parking spaces can be purchased directly from the event's dedicated information page. We recommend that you purchase your parking space in advance.

You can also pay for your parking space on arrival on the event day, payment by card only and subject to availability. All relevant information can be found on the Car-parks page.

The ALLIOT MARIE law of 1993 states that for safety and insurance reasons, all persons accessing the Stadium must have a ticket, regardless of their age. For information, there are reductions for under 18s subject to the presentation of proof of age.

General information

In parallel to articles L. 332-3 and following of the (French) Sporting Code, the following items are forbidden inside the Stadium and its surroundings during events which do not involves sports:

  • the introduction by force or fraud of alcoholic beverages as defined in article L. 3321-1 of the (French) Public Health Code
  • the introduction, wearing or open exhibition of emblems, signs or symbols representing racist or xenophobic ideologies
  • the introduction, possession or use of any form of firework
  • the unjustified introduction, possession or use of any object which may be considered as a weapon (improvised or prepared) as defined in article 132-75 of the (French) Criminal Code, such as firearms and replica firearms; hand-weapons, any object with a cutting edge, any blunt object (except walking sticks used by invalid or aged people); pointed or sharp objects; bottles (except for uncapped plastic bottles of less than 50cl), glasses, cans; shoes with steel toe-caps or exterior metal fixtures; etc.
  • the introduction of food into the stadium

Inside the stadium it is also forbidden to:

  • introduce, possess or use toxic, explosive, inflammable, corrosive, radioactive, water-reactive, volatile or deflagrating substances
  • introduce animals, other than guide dogs accompanying individuals with invalidity cards
  • introduce, possess or use cameras, camera tripods
  • introduce, possess or use amplification equipment such as loudspeakers, unless authorised to do so by the event organiser
  • introduce balls or balloons or to play with them.

Only "compact" cameras are allowed into the Stadium. Professional photographic equipment (with removable lenses) and video cameras are forbidden and must be left at the entrance on arrival.

All lost children will be taken to the Central First-aid Centre by a member of the security staff. If necessary, and once the Stadium closes, any lost child will be put in the care of the Villeneuve d'Ascq/Lille police authorities.

Parents are recommended to refrain from bringing children of less then five years to the Stadium, except for children's shows.

Lost property must be handed to a member of staff who will transfer it to the dedicated lost property office. These offices are closed outside of event days: any objects or items which remain unclaimed when the stadium is closed will then be transferred to lost property office n°2 (West) and then transferred to the lost property office of the Villeneuve d'Ascq municipal council after a period of 10 weeks. There are four cloakrooms available to the public on the Stadium Parvis where you can leave your bulky possessions or items which are not allowed inside the Stadium during an event, however no items which are forbidden in public spaces (weapons, drugs, etc.) or animals are allowed. The cloakroom staff can only take objects within the limits of available space and may refuse any dangerous object (explosive, combustible, inflammable, toxic, irritant, corrosive, carcinogenic, mutagenic, etc.).

  • All voluminous objects must be left in the cloakrooms (notably anything with a volume of more than 20 litres), all bags (other than hand-bags, shoulder-bags, small-bags or briefcases), non-retractable umbrellas and motorcycle helmets must also be left in the cloakrooms. Children's cars, skate-boards, roller-skates and bicycles must also be left in the cloak rooms.
  • The cloakrooms may charge for their services. In this case the cost will be displayed.
    The cloakrooms are open three hours before and close one hour after the start of the event.
  • A numbered ticket will be provided in exchange for each left item. Items can only be returned in exchange for this ticket. These cloakrooms are closed outside of event days: any objects or items which remain unclaimed when the stadium is closed will then be transferred to cloakroom n°2 (West) and then transferred to the lost property office of the Villeneuve d'Ascq municipal council after a period of 10 weeks.   • You can make a claim for any lost property at the ELISA reception desk during offices hours.
  • To recover objects left in the cloakrooms during an LOSC match which were not claimed on the same date you should contact the club.

Any person present at an event held in the Stadium implicitly agrees to allow the Operator and Event Organiser to use their image, voice or representation, free of charge, on any support relating to the event or the promotion of the Stadium: including photographs, live or pre-recorded television broadcasts, video or audio recordings or transmissions, and this on a global scale for the legal duration of author's rights protection.

The use of references, images, photographs and videos of the stadium is subject to conditions relating to intellectual property rights. It is not allowed to take photographs or sound recordings or to record video or sound inside the stadium without the specific authorisation of the Operator and/or Event Organiser.

Merchandising and Restaurants

The stadium shop is the official LOSC shop. It is open from Tuesday to Thursday from 10:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 7pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30am to 7pm.

There are around forty snack bars distributed over the three levels of the Stadium. They have a large choice of drinks, sandwiches, hot meals, snacks and sweets.

They all accept cash or cards. There is a cash machine on the Stadium Parvis next to ticket office n° 1.
