Please note: depending on your chosen pickup method, some payment options may not be available. For store pickup, only American Express, Visa, or Mastercard payments are accepted. Similarly, if the time between your order and the event date is less than 14 days, payment by check or ANCV holiday vouchers will not be accepted.

Parking spots can also be purchased upon arrival at the parking lot on the day of the event, subject to availability and by credit card only. Find all the information on the Parking page.

After paying for your order, you will be prompted to print your e-tickets in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat Reader). You can also save the e-tickets to your computer and print them later or if you notice they are illegible.

In addition, your e-tickets will be sent as attachments to your order confirmation email and will also be available for printing at any time through your "Order Tracking" account.

You must bring your e-ticket with you when coming to the Stadium; it cannot be printed on-site.

In case of loss or theft of your tickets, duplicates cannot always be issued. Tickets purchased are subject to French ticketing legislation and the regulations of events and venues. In this context, duplicates for unnumbered tickets or sporting events are prohibited.

In other cases, issuing duplicates is subject to the venue’s regulations and the event organizer’s authorization.

For duplicate requests in case of loss or theft, please contact the ticketing service 2 to 3 weeks before the event at 0892 390 100 (0.34€/min).

To submit your request to the organizer, we will need at least the following supporting documents:

  • In case of loss: a sworn statement of loss and a copy of your ID,
  • In case of theft: a copy of the police report and your ID

The ALLIOT MARIE law of 1993 mandates, for safety and insurance reasons, that every person entering the Stadium must have a ticket, regardless of age.

Four cloakrooms are available to the public on the stadium forecourt, allowing them to deposit, during the event, items that are cumbersome or not permitted inside the stadium, except for items prohibited on public roads (weapons, drugs, etc.) and animals. Cloakroom staff accept deposits within the capacity limits and may refuse any dangerous objects (explosive, oxidizing, flammable, harmful, irritating, toxic, corrosive, sensitizing, carcinogenic, mutagenic).

  • It is mandatory to deposit bulky items (notably those over 20 dm³ or 20 liters), bags (other than handbags, satchels, clutches, briefcases), non-retractable umbrellas, and motorcycle helmets in the cloakroom. Strollers, skateboards, rollerblades, and bicycles must also be deposited.
  • Cloakrooms may charge a fee. The applicable rate is displayed at the cloakroom.
Cloakrooms are open three hours before and up to one hour after the start of the event.
  • Numbered claim tickets are given to depositors. Items can only be retrieved in exchange for this ticket. Cloakrooms are closed outside of events: items not retrieved at the stadium’s closure will be centralized and recorded at cloakroom No. 4 (south), then transferred after a 10-week period to the Villeneuve d’Ascq Town Hall lost and found service (info: 03 20 43 50 50).
  • A request to retrieve lost items can be made at the ELISA reception, accessible during office hours.
  • During LOSC matches, to retrieve items deposited in the cloakroom and not collected on the event night, you must contact the club.
